For 2009, CSS Yorkshire have started a new gallery specifically for nice Twitter sites. If you have a Twitter site or know of a nice one please submit it to us. CSS Yorkshire also takes submissions for good logo designs as well as well designed and well coded css websites.

As 2008 has come to an end, we can sum up a successful year for CSS Design Yorkshire.

There was a total of 1,322 valid and well designed websites entered into the 2008 archive from 3,436 submissions.

The website itself received 139,712 visitors in 2008 that’s approx 12,000 visitors per month. This growth in traffic has encouraged many new advertisers and we would like to thank them all for their support. Anyone can advertise on the website via banner adverts, small banners, button links and text links.

Google gives CSS Yorkshire a PageRank5, Alexa Rank is 131,845 putting it in the top 1.2% of websites in the world and with 331 del.iciou.us bookmarks, and a Technorati Rank of 82,061 the website is growing

939 Design have just completed a website make-over for the Hessle based software development company Intradev Limited. The site has been much updated with many new pages covering the development work and services that Intradev provide as well as many new easy contact landing pages.

The Alan Johnson website (built by 939 Design) received an award for the most accessible website for the second year running from the British Computer Society’s MP’s Website Awards.

Alan received the award from Robin Christopherson from AbilityNet who helped to test the websites for accessibility. AbilityNet is a national charity helping disabled adults and children use computers and the internet by adapting and adjusting their technology.

939 Design has just completed a rebuild of the Landcraft Designs website. Landcraft Designs are commercial and residential landscape gardeners based in Northants. The website now contains much more information about their specialist landscaping services.
